Introduction 

• From time to time, Air Miles (the "Promoter") runs competitions, contests or prize draws (referred to as "Promotions") on the Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/airmilesme  

• By entering any Promotion on the Air Miles social media page - Instagram Middle East, each participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions including all relevant entry instructions (the "Terms and Conditions") 

 
Can I Participate? 

• Promotions are open to any Instagram user accessing the Air Miles Middle East social media pages that meet the entry criteria set out below and follow the relevant entry instructions 

• Promotions are open to residents of the UAE  

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter 

• Participants must have a valid Instagram account 

• Entries must be received via the competition mechanic described below 

• Employees of the Promoter and their families and anyone materially connected to the administration of the Promotion including without limitation employees of third party prize suppliers are excluded from taking part in the Promotion 

• Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any participant who in Promoter's reasonable opinion is ineligible and in the case of winners, award their prize to another participant 

 
How Can I Enter?  - The Rules 

• This competition is a prize draw. The Contest starts on 7th May  and ends on 16th June  (Sunday) at 11:59PM GST. with the winner determined by a random draw on 20th June 2024

 What Can I Win? 

• The competition prize is 1 x iPhone 14 midnight 128GB

• The prize has no cash alternative in whole or in part and is non-transferable, not for re-sale and cannot be exchanged, assigned or redeemed for cash 

• Any prize unclaimed after 14 days and after reasonable efforts from the Promoter to contact the winner will be distributed at Promoter’s discretion (including without limitation by deeming the prize to be null and void) without any liability to winners or other participants 

• The Promoter will not be liable or responsible for any inability of a participant to take up a prize and such participants will not be entitled to an alternative prize 

• The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Promotion 

• The winner may be required to take part in promotional activities. The Promoter reserves the right to publish names, photographs and country of the winner for the purposes of announcing the winners without the need for additional payment or permission     

Personal Information 

• The Promoter will only collect personal information for the purposes of managing and administering the Promotion. This includes contacting the participant via email or telephone. The personal information will not be used for any other purpose without a participant's consent.  This will not affect any existing marketing preferences a participant may have with the Promoter 

• By entering a Promotion, each participant consents that their personal information may be transferred to Promoter's service providers and agents (including their sub-contractors) to store and use as necessary to administer the Promotion. The Promoter will never provide a participant's personal information to third parties for them to use in their own direct marketing, without the participant's consent 

• Personal information will be held on record for a short period of time as necessary to administer the Promotion and then securely destroyed 

 
Liability 

• To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage, injury or disappointment whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the Promotion (including any damage to participant or any other person's computer or mobile phone equipment as a result of downloading or accessing any materials) 

• The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering the Promotion, all participants agree to release Instagram from any liability associated with the Promotion.   
   

General 

• The competition terms and conditions and all promotional materials are run by Aimia Middle East FZ – LLC the parent company that operates the Air Miles loyalty programme. All references to Air Miles in the terms and conditions refer to the parent company. 

• The promotion period is from 7th May - 16th June 2024 and is open to residents of UAE.  

• Air Miles staff and immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this campaign. 

• Winners will be notified of prize won via our Instagram page  

• Prizes are non-transferable. There will be no cash prize alternative  

• The prize featured in all printed materials and/or website is shown for illustrative purposes only. 

• Air Miles will not hand over the prize until the winner has supplied documented evidence to an Air Miles Representative a valid ID copy of the winner. 

• Air Miles reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify and reclaim prizes for any person(s) it suspects to be acting or has acted in violation of these Terms and Conditions  

• These Terms and Conditions are subject to change, addition, or amendment, at any time, as per the discretion of Air Miles.  

• The Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the UAE and any dispute arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts 

• The prize confirmation will be notified by email from Air Miles Middle East 

• The promoter of this promotion is Aimia Middle East FZ LLC, 2nd Floor, Building 15, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates 

• To ensure fairness and the integrity of the Promotion to all participants, the Promoter will not enter into discussions regarding the running of any Promotion via posts on the Air Miles Instagram Page but may respond to questions via Direct Message to the Air Miles social media pages. 

• Any participant posting or seen to be posting comments on the Promoter’s page or elsewhere during the Promotion that are considered bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other participants and fans of Air Miles or which disparage the Promoter, will have their comments removed and will be disqualified from the Promotion.  

• Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control, Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw or amend any Promotion 

• If there are any reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions by an entrant, The Promoter may, at its sole discretion invalidate the relevant entry and disqualify the entrant from the Promotion, irrespective of the stage in the Promotion reached.
