Unfortunately this option is not currently available. However, we are working on this and believe we will be able to offer this option to our Members in the near future.

Cancellations must be made by calling the Air Miles Customer Service Centre between the hours of 8am to 5pm (Bahrain time) from Sunday to Thursday, excluding Government and National holidays, and at least 24 hours prior to departure. Cancellations not made within these timeframes result in the Flight Reward ticket being forfeited. Forfeited tickets are not valid for travel and are non-refundable.

To get the best Flight Reward quote you may need to be flexible with your travel choices. You are more likely to get a lower Flight Reward price if you can book as far in advance as possible for travel during non peak periods, e.g. non Public holidays. Other options include varying your   departure day (non weekend) time and we also offer options on non-direct flights and low cost carriers.  Flight Reward prices are quoted based on the best available fares across all airlines for your chosen dates and times of travel. Flight Reward prices therefore vary dependent on your travel dates, how far in advance you book and your chosen route and airline. 

Yes. Although the Flight Reward cost excludes airport taxes, duties and charges (including government and other taxes) which must be paid at the time of booking with a Visa, MasterCard or JCB credit card.

Changes are subject to airline fare rules. Changes must be made by calling the Air Miles Customer Service Centre between the hours of 8am to 5pm (Bahrain time) from Sunday to Thursday, excluding Government and National holidays, and at least 24 hours prior to departure.  A change fee of 15 BD plus any applicable airline fees apply per change per person. These fees must be paid with a Visa, MasterCard or JCB credit card only. Payment of change fees in Air Miles is not permitted.
