How can I get the best quote?
To get the best Flight Reward quote you may need to be flexible with your travel choices. You are more likely to get a lower Flight Reward price if you can book as far in advance as possible for travel during non peak periods, e.g. non Public holidays. Other options include varying your departure day (non weekend) time and we also offer options on non-direct flights and low cost carriers. Flight Reward prices are quoted based on the best available fares across all airlines for your chosen dates and times of travel. Flight Reward prices therefore vary dependent on your travel dates, how far in advance you book and your chosen route and airline

What happens if I need to cancel my flight but the Air Miles call centre is closed?
Cancellations must be made by calling the Air Miles Customer Service Centre between the hours of 8am to 5pm (Qatar time) from Sunday to Thursday, excluding Government and National holidays, and at least 24 hours prior to departure. Cancellations not made within these timeframes result in the Flight Reward ticket being forfeited. Forfeited tickets are not valid for travel and are non-refundable.

Can I pay for my flight fully in Air Miles?
Yes. Although the Flight Reward cost excludes airport taxes, duties and charges (including government and other taxes) which must be paid at the time of booking with a Visa, MasterCard or JCB credit card.

Can I book Flight Rewards online?
Unfortunately this option is not currently available. However, we are working on this and believe we will be able to offer this option to our Members in the near future.

What are the benefits of the new pricing for Flight Rewards?
We have changed the overall Flight Rewards policy so that Flight Reward prices are based upon the best available fares across all airlines to provide you with the flexibility and freedom to choose when and with whom you fly.
There are a number of benefits from the new system including the ability to book one way or return tickets, the ability to book economy, business or first class tickets and the option to choose low cost airlines which will reduce the Air Miles required. The new pricing calculates your Flight Reward price based upon a number of factors, including your travel dates, how far in advance you book and your chosen route and airline.
