1. Air Miles can be collected on accommodation per eligible stay* (excluding service charges and government fees) provided that the booking is in the name of the Air Miles member. Please quote your Air Miles membership number upon reservation and present your Air Miles card at the time of check-in. 2. For long-term bookings, Air Miles can be collected for up to 30-night stays. 3.Air Miles can be collected on purchases at the Food & Beverage outlets. Air Miles membership card must be presented upon payment at the restaurant or outlet in order to collect Air Miles. Air Miles cannot be collected on any payments made against banquet events, and/or any other bulk and/or corporate purchases. 4. Both Air Miles and Rotana Rewards points can be collected on all stays by presenting both cards at the time of check-in. On Food & Beverage purchases, either Air Miles or Rotana Points can be collected, but not both. 5. Valid only in Rotana properties and outlets in the UAE.
*Eligible Stay refers to any stay that is booked at a published rate except for tour operator rates, travel industry rates, and complimentary / barter rates.
**Please allow 4 - 8 weeks from the check-out date for mileage posting, provided that the membership number has been obtained. In case of missing miles, kindly contact Rotana at email@example.com and provide the details of your stay. Claims may be made within 6 months from the check-out date.
