•Collect Air Miles at the time of check-in by presenting the Air Miles app •Air Miles can be collected on accommodation per eligible stay (excluding service charges and government fees) provided that the booking is in the name of the Air Miles member. •For long-term stay bookings, Air Miles can be collected for up to 30-night stays •Both Air Miles and Rotana Rewards points can be collected on all stays by presenting the Air Miles app and Rotana rewards card at the time of check-in •Valid only in Rotana properties and outlets in the UAE. Eligible stay refers to any stay that is booked at a published rate except for tour operator rates, travel industry rates, and complimentary / barter rates •Please allow 4 - 8 weeks from the check-out date for Air Miles to be credited, provided that the Air Miles app has been presented at thee time of check-in.
