Due to recent system upgrades, you will now be required to input an e-voucher code and 4 digit pin on the noon app/website to avail your credit. Two emails will be issued for each e-voucher redemption containing the required details.

  • e-vouchers are valid for six months from the date issued.
  • To redeem this e-voucher; create your noon.com account on either the noon website or app; click my account, select noon credits and enter your e-voucher code and pin into the provided fields.
  • Once redeemed, the value of the Gift Card will be issued in the applicable customer's noon credits balance on the noon platform and also visible on the checkout page, under the noon credits balance.
  • The Gift Card may be used to purchase all products across all categories on noon.com and its affiliates, including sale items.
  • e-vouchers are non-cancellable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for Air Miles, cash or other rewards.
  • The goods or services purchased using e-vouchers are the responsibility of the rewards provider and not Air Miles.
