  • To convert Air Miles into Avios , you must be an existing member of Qatar Airways Privilege Club Programme and your membership number must be provided at the time of conversion.
  • It is your responsibility to provide a correct Privilege Club membership number. We are not liable for any Air Miles transferred based on inaccurate information provided.
  • The converted Air Miles will be transferred to your Privilege Club account within 10 working days of conversion.
  • The conversion of Air Miles into Avios is also subject to terms and conditions imposed by Qatar Airways. Please visit qatarairways.com/PrivilegeClub for more information.
  • Air Miles will be converted to Avios at the rate specified at the time of conversion. The conversion rate is subject to change and Air Miles reserves the right to change conversion rates without prior notice.
  • Following the submission of a conversion request, the conversion may not be cancelled. Air Miles which have been converted to Avios cannot be converted back to Air Miles.
