  • Air Miles members may transfer Air Miles to participating loyalty programmes. 
  • To transfer Air Miles to a participating loyalty programme, members must have a valid account with the participating loyalty programme.
  • It is the members responsibility to provide a correct and valid account membership number. Aimia Middle East FZ-LLC will not be liable for any Air Miles transferred based on inaccurate information provided.
  • Each Air Miles transfer must include a minimum of 30,000 Air Miles and any additional Air Miles must be in increments of 1,000.
  • Upon completion of your transfer request the transferred Air Miles will immediately be deducted from your Air Miles account.
  • The transferred Air Miles will be added to your chosen loyalty programme in the form of the applicable loyalty currency.  Timing may vary based on the participating partner programme and may take as long as 4 weeks to apply
  • The transfer is subject to terms and conditions imposed by the respective participating loyalty programme.
  • Air Miles will be transferred to the participating loyalty programme currency at the rate specified at the time of transfer. The transfer rate is subject to change and Air Miles reserves the right to change transfer rates without prior notice
  • A completed request to transfer Air Miles is final and may not be cancelled. The Air Miles in a submitted request may not be returned to your Air Miles account.
  • Air Miles members are solely responsible for checking their Partner loyalty program account to verify that such loyalty currency has been properly posted. If the member believes that loyalty currency of the eligible Partner Program have not been properly posted to your Partner Program account, the member must inform Air Miles within six (6) months of the date of the exchange transaction, with proof of action acceptable to Air Miles.
  • The selection of participating loyalty programme partners in the Air Miles programme is at the discretion of Aimia Middle East FZ-LLC and subject to change without prior notice.
