• e-vouchers are valid for six months from the date issued.
• e-voucher can only be used on the GEMS Rewards app.
• To transfer Air Miles to GEMS Rewards, members must have a valid GEMS Rewards account.
• Air Miles will be transferred to GEMS Points at the rate specified at the time of transfer. The transfer rate is subject to change and Air Miles reserves the right to change transfer rates without prior notice.
• Air Miles members are solely responsible for checking their Partner loyalty program account to verify that such loyalty currency has been properly posted. If the member believes that loyalty currency of the eligible Partner Program have not been properly posted to your Partner Program account, the member must inform Air Miles within six (6) months of the date of the exchange transaction, with proof of action acceptable to Air Miles.
