How to collect Air Miles

• Click Disneycruiseline.com  to open the Air Miles dedicated page
• Fill out the Disney Cruise Line form
• Fill in your details and add your Air Miles membership number
• A Disney Cruise Line representative will be in touch with you to proceed with your booking

It is always advisable to land a day prior and take overnight accommodation at the port of departure. The reasons are –

• Hassle free journey – Flight delays, transfer delays, port check-in delays.
• The cruise on the day of departure is non-refundable. Hence, a delay will result in a no-show.

Cruise Fare Includes:

• Accommodation in cabin type chosen
• All meals; breakfast, lunch & dinner
• Character Experiences & select onboard activities
• Government Taxes & Fees (Cruise)
• Port Charges & Handling

Cruise Fare Excludes:

• International airfares
• Visas, Travel Insurance/Trip Protection
• Shore excursions, Any Transfers
• Bottled water, beverages, Mini bar etc.
• Tips/Gratuities – Service Charges ($14.5 per person per day – Payable on-board)
• Any Entertainment to be on paid
• Any item of personal nature like laundry, Spa, Saloon, etc.

• Prices are guaranteed only if booked on the day the quote is given, Subject to availability.
• Rates & availability are dynamic & is subject to change depending upon the availability position at the time of booking.
• Price and availability are not guaranteed until payment is made and the cabin is blocked.
• Special requests such as Connecting/Adjoining Cabins/Cabins on the same deck, will be on priority request basis, subject to availability upon check in.
• The guests are advised to take necessary Travel Insurance.
• Visas is solely the responsibility of the guests. Jumbo Travel is not responsible if boarding is denied due to inadequate documentation

Cancellation Policy:

CATEGORIES WITH RESTRICTIONS: Reservations for Inside, Outside or Verandah Categories with Restrictions are NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE. A 100% cruise cancellation fee applies from time of payment.
 

Cruises 1 to 5 Nights (Excluding Suites and Concierge Staterooms)
 

Cruises of 6 Nights or More (Excluding Suites and Concierge Staterooms)
 

Please note for all other cabins EXCEPT Concierge staterooms and suites if the booking is cancelled before the cancellation deadline, the deposit amount will be fully refunded with a fixed service fee of $ 80 per person.

• Cancellations should be made in writing. Changes to the vacation commencement date or changes of Guest names will be considered as cancellations.
• For cancellations, amounts paid, minus cancellation fees and other amounts owed, will be promptly refunded. No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by the Guest after vacation commencement date.
• All changes are subject to availability. Please note that changes made to overall party size may result in a change to the rate.
• For your peace of mind, we recommend the purchase of the Disney Cruise Line Vacation Protection Plan, Premiums for the Disney Cruise Line Vacation Protection Plan must be paid by the final payment date, and the Disney Cruise Line Vacation Protection Plan is not effective until final vacation payment is made.
