Joining the Air Miles programme is free and signing up only takes a few minutes.    

1. Download the Air Miles app on the Google Play Store or App Store.
2. Create an account and ensure your profile is up to date on the Air Miles mobile app.  
3. Verify your email address.    

On the Air Miles app, you can manage your account, view your Air Miles balance and expiry information, collect and redeem Air Miles, enter competitions and view our full range of rewards.

Download the Air Miles app on the Google Play Store or App Store and log in with your registered email address and password.

Present the Air Miles app at checkout at our partner stores to collect Air Miles on your spend.
 
Download the Air Miles app, log in to your account and tap “My Air Miles” to view your Air Miles card number and barcode.

Download the Air Miles app from the Google Play Store or App Store and log in to your Air Miles account. Redeem your Air Miles for Air Miles Travel Rewards, dining, shopping, entertainment, leisure and more in-store and online.

You can redeem your Air Miles in-store at select partners, more details are available on the Air Miles app.  To redeem in-store, log in to the Air Miles app and present the Air Miles app at checkout. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number to validate your identity and complete the transaction.
